SALT Waterfront Kitchen opened in spring of 2023 after being newly renovated by owner Shawn Craig, who hopes to create a place that locals can be proud to visit. The waterfront restaurant is located in Ridge, Maryland on the Potomac River, offering great views. The restaurant sits inside Point Lookout Marina, a full-service marina, and is boat accessible.
