The road used to go to and from the property may at times be partly flooded. It may also be fully flooded – we have seen it with 1-2 feet of water during storms and high tide.
it is recommended to travel to the home in an SUV. Regardless of car type, there will be times when you cannot travel to or from the property – you may have to wait for low tide or for the storm to pass.
If we know of particularly high water being forecasted we will try to let you know. You can also look up the tide tables at the website below. Waiting until lower tide will usually solve the problem.
