Kayaks are used entirely at your own risk. Weather changes quickly on the bay – and the wind and waves can make it hard to paddle back depending on the direction. Stay close to land, wear life wests, check the weather forecast etc.
It is usually a good idea to start paddling against the wind direction and waves. That way, coming back when you are tired will be a lot easier! Weather and wind directions do change, so going to shore to take a short or long break should be an option as long as you stay close to shore.
The 3 green canoes are located at the end of the bulkhead by the community stairs. You probably will want to be two persons to lift them down and put them back.

Life wests are located in the second bedroom closet (the one with the mirror doors)
Paddles are located under the main deck. There you can also find the two stand-up paddleboards.
